Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact your sales representative. We will collaborate with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • Orders only bought from us. If you bought from a distributor you must contact them.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must get approval from your rep before shipping anything back to us
  • Your return must be accompanied by a RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) that your rep will give you

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.
